Job Type: Full-time, Rotational Shifts (40 hours per week)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist who is a native Dutch speaker with fluency in English to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and English
  • Address and resolve customer concerns related to products, services, orders, and technical issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems promptly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate customer account information and updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and clear communication

Qualifications:

  • Native Dutch speaker with fluent English proficiency
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related role
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working remotely in a home-office environment
