About the Role
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join a leading team in the automotive industry.
You will act as the main point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries and providing solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and processes.

Deliver a premium customer experience in line with luxury brand expectations.

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer relationship.

Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution and service quality.

Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements

Native or fluent Dutch (C1 level) and good French and English communication skills.

Previous experience in customer service or sales.

Experience working with luxury or premium brands is considered a strong advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment.
