About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Representative fluent in Dutch and English to join our on-site sales team in Málaga. In this role, you will engage with business clients, identify sales opportunities, and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs. You’ll play a key part in driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact new and existing business clients via phone, email, or video calls.

  • Identify sales opportunities and present relevant products and services.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling.

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (C1 level) and English (B2 level or higher) – written and spoken.

  • Proven experience in B2B or inside sales, preferably within a digital or tech environment.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.

  • Ability to work on-site in Málaga full-time (Monday to Friday).
