Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Reach out to customers to foster a positive and collaborative experience, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to meet sales qualifications.

  • Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their journey and providing high-level strategic insights on IT spending.
  • Technical Understanding: Develop a strong grasp of services, including cost management and monitoring capabilities, to address customer inquiries and objections.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to provide critical product and program feedback, ensuring continuous improvement in customer interactions.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about the company sales lifecycle, customer needs, and industry trends to identify new prospects and enhance customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Proficient in English; Fluent Dutch
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in account management within the IT industry.
  • Certification: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification is required; experience with or selling Azure is essential.
  • CRM/ERP Proficiency: Recognized experience with CRM/ERP systems and IT sales processes.
  • Sales Training: Experience or training in the Challenger sales methodology is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Confident and articulate, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills, able to work independently with integrity.
