Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Reach out to customers to foster a positive and collaborative experience, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to meet sales qualifications.
- Sales Developments
- Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their journey and providing high-level strategic insights on IT spending.
- Technical Understanding: Develop a strong grasp of services, including cost management and monitoring capabilities, to address customer inquiries and objections.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to provide critical product and program feedback, ensuring continuous improvement in customer interactions.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about the company sales lifecycle, customer needs, and industry trends to identify new prospects and enhance customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Proficient in English; Fluent Dutch
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in account management within the IT industry.
- Certification: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification is required; experience with or selling Azure is essential.
- CRM/ERP Proficiency: Recognized experience with CRM/ERP systems and IT sales processes.
- Sales Training: Experience or training in the Challenger sales methodology is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Confident and articulate, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills, able to work independently with integrity.
