About the Role

Join our dynamic and innovative Cloud Solutions team as a Dutch-speaking Solution Specialist. In this role, you will support businesses in adopting modern cloud technologies, improving productivity, and achieving digital transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading IT & Cloud platforms, support B2B clients, and develop your technical and consultative expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking B2B clients with cloud solution inquiries and product guidance

• Provide expert support on cloud-based productivity tools and services

• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate cloud solutions

• Manage technical inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary

• Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer experience

• Collaborate with internal technical and product teams

Requirements

✅ Native/Fluent Dutch (C2)
✅ Strong English skills (B2–C1)
✅ Interest or experience in cloud solutions / IT support / SaaS
✅ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and consultative skills
✅ Customer-focused mindset with strong organizational abilities
✅ Ability to work hybrid in Málaga or Valencia
