Customer Service Representative – German + English
Location: Umhlanga, South Africa (Onsite)
Schedule: 24/7 rotating shifts, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative fluent in German and English to join our onsite team in Umhlanga. You will provide high-quality support to our clients, ensuring excellent customer experience across multiple channels.
Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German and English

Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary

Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service
Requirements

Fluency in German and English (verbal and written)

Matric / Grade 12 qualification is essential

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, rotating 24/7 shift environment

Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and public holidays as required
