Customer Service Representative – German + English

Location: Umhlanga, South Africa (Onsite)
Schedule: 24/7 rotating shifts, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative fluent in German and English to join our onsite team in Umhlanga. You will provide high-quality support to our clients, ensuring excellent customer experience across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German and English

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary

  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English (verbal and written)

  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification is essential

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rotating 24/7 shift environment

  • Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and public holidays as required
