Job Title: Content Moderator (Polish + English)

Schedule:

  • 24/7 operation – Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)
  • 5 working days per week with 2 rotational days off
  • 3 Rotational Shifts:

    • 07:00 – 16:00
    • 14:00 – 23:00
    • 22:30 – 07:30

Job Overview

We are looking for a Polish-speaking Content Moderator with good English skills to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will help ensure that online content complies with platform policies and community standards while maintaining a safe and positive digital environment for users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate online content to ensure it complies with platform policies and community guidelines.
  • Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or non-compliant content.
  • Make accurate and consistent moderation decisions based on established policies.
  • Handle high volumes of content during peak periods, such as promotion seasons.
  • Maintain high-quality standards while working efficiently within queue targets.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent policy enforcement.

Requirements

  • Fluent Polish and good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong moderation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to make rational and fair decisions while following guidelines.
  • Strong customer service mindset with empathy and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce environments and online platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage peaks in queue volumes.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts including nights and weekends.
