Requirements:

  • Fluent or native-level Danish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good command of English, as it will be used for internal communication.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support tools and software.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
