Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Fluent or native-level Danish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of English, as it will be used for internal communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support tools and software.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
