Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order issues, and technical problems.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate more complex issues when necessary.
- Provide clear and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
What We Are Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (C2 level) and good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts from Monday to Friday, including bank holidays.
- Must be available to work on-site in Lisbon.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 07:30 AM to 08:00 PM (rotational shifts).
- Days Off: Weekends.
