Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, order issues, and technical problems.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate more complex issues when necessary.
  • Provide clear and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

What We Are Looking For

  • Fluency in Dutch (C2 level) and good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts from Monday to Friday, including bank holidays.
  • Must be available to work on-site in Lisbon.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 07:30 AM to 08:00 PM (rotational shifts).
  • Days Off: Weekends.
