Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with product-related questions, order concerns, and technical support issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering accurate solutions and personalized assistance.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French (C2 level) with strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • No prior experience required – ideal for entry-level candidates!
  • Must be available to work on-site in Lisbon.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (rotational shifts).
  • Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (rotational shifts).
  • Days Off: 2 rotational days off per week.
