Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist customers with product details, order issues, and general support.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate more complex issues as needed.
• Provide clear and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

What We Are Looking For

• Fluency in German (C2 level) and solid communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
• Flexibility to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Must be available to work on-site in Braga.
