Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer satisfaction through personalized assistance.
  • Record and manage customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent in Italian (C2 level).
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • No previous experience required – perfect for entry-level candidates!
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday: 07:00 to 19:00 (Rotational shifts).
  • Days Off: Sunday and 1 additional rotational day during the week.
