Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support customers with product details, order-related questions, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through personalized assistance.
- Record and manage customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Native or fluent in Italian (C2 level).
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- No previous experience required – perfect for entry-level candidates!
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday: 07:00 to 19:00 (Rotational shifts).
- Days Off: Sunday and 1 additional rotational day during the week.
