Your Responsibilities
πΉ Plan, implement, and develop IT infrastructure projects
πΉ Manage and administer Microsoft or Linux environments
πΉ Install, develop, and support customer IT environments
πΉ Provide remote & on-site support to clients
πΉ Support pre-sales activities by assisting the sales team with technical insights
πΉ Set up and manage cloud projects
πΉ Configure hardware and software for client environments
What You Need to Succeed
Experience & Skills
β 3+ years of experience in IT administration/infrastructure
β Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure/365, Exchange, SQL
β Server administration experience (Windows or Linux)
β Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a solution-oriented manner
Languages
π£ German (B2) β Required for client communication
π£ English (C1) β Essential for technical documentation and internal collaboration
Education & Certifications
π Preferred: IT-related degree or equivalent qualification
π Big Plus: Apprenticeship as "Fachinformatiker fΓΌr Systemintegration"
