Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming to provide first-contact resolution.
- Accurately document each interaction and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience.
- Uphold company standards and policies for service quality.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent German speaker with strong communication skills.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is required.
- Ability to work on-site in Bucharest.
- Valid residence permit; please note that "SEDERE TEMPORARA" and "Permis Unic" cards are not accepted.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
