Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming to provide first-contact resolution.
  • Accurately document each interaction and maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience.
  • Uphold company standards and policies for service quality.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent German speaker with strong communication skills.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is required.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bucharest.
  • Valid residence permit; please note that "SEDERE TEMPORARA" and "Permis Unic" cards are not accepted.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Relocation Note:

  • This position does not offer a relocation package. Candidates must arrange their move independently if residing outside Bucharest.
