🗣 Languages Required: Spanish (Fluent) + English (Basic for internal communication)
🚀 Relocation Support Provided
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday: 24/7 rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Days Off: 2 rotational days per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Follow company guidelines to ensure high-quality service.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
- Basic English skills for internal communication.
- Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift system, including nights and weekends.
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
