Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday: 24/7 rotational shifts (including night shifts)
  • Days Off: 2 rotational days per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Follow company guidelines to ensure high-quality service.
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Basic English skills for internal communication.
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Availability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift system, including nights and weekends.
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
