Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational Shifts)
- Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
- Days Off: Rotational 2 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues via phone, email, and chat, aiming for high satisfaction in every interaction.
- Effectively troubleshoot problems and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
- Follow company policies and quality standards to maintain service consistency.
Qualifications:
- Native or fluent Dutch speaker with strong English proficiency.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Flexible availability to work varied shifts, including weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Meal Allowance: 7.23€ per day worked
- Transport Allowance: 20€ per month
- Health Insurance: Starts on the first day with a small monthly contribution, fully covered after 6 months of employment
