Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational Shifts)
  • Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
  • Days Off: Rotational 2 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues via phone, email, and chat, aiming for high satisfaction in every interaction.
  • Effectively troubleshoot problems and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Follow company policies and quality standards to maintain service consistency.

Qualifications:

  • Native or fluent Dutch speaker with strong English proficiency.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Flexible availability to work varied shifts, including weekends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Meal Allowance: 7.23€ per day worked
  • Transport Allowance: 20€ per month
  • Health Insurance: Starts on the first day with a small monthly contribution, fully covered after 6 months of employment
