About the Role

We are seeking a German-speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist(Content Moderator) to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating digital content and advertisements to ensure compliance with platform guidelines. This position involves handling sensitive and potentially explicit content, including violent material.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content and advertisements based on platform policies.
• Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating material efficiently and accurately.
• Analyze trends and provide feedback to enhance trust and safety procedures.
• Work in rotational shifts (including nights and weekends) to ensure 24/7 content monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine moderation strategies and maintain a safe digital environment.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (C2) and proficient in English (B2+).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content with professionalism.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including overnight and weekends.
• Prior experience in content moderation or trust & safety roles is a plus but not required.
