About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Controller to act as a strategic business partner to the General Manager, ensuring efficient financial planning, analysis, and decision-making support. This role offers high flexibility, a strong employee-friendly culture, and a direct impact on business growth and strategy.

Responsibilities

1) Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Develop and maintain controlling tools and financial processes.
  • Conduct regular reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

2) Business Partnering

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the General Manager.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Support data-driven decision-making.

3) Process Improvement

  • Improve financial processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
  • Implement innovative controlling solutions for business growth.

4) Reporting & Compliance

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with internal and external regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Professional Experience

✅ Minimum 4 years in controlling, ideally in a senior or leadership role.

Technical Skills

SQL & Power BI: Must-have for data analysis & reporting.
Financial Analysis & Forecasting: Strong analytical skills with a structured working style.

Languages

German: Fluent (Minimum C1 level mandatory).
English: Preferred but not mandatory.

Education

University degree preferred, but not required if the candidate has significant relevant experience.

Stable career history – No frequent job changes.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience in the IT & Communication Technology industry.
Familiarity with medium-sized enterprises (Mittelstand).
Understanding of financial analysis in Sales & Marketing.

💰 Base Salary: €60,000+ (final offer based on experience & qualifications).
