Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Address customer concerns via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to company guidelines and procedures to meet quality standards.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Dutch, with a strong command of English.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and rotational shifts.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Meal Allowance: 7.23€ per working day
- Transport Allowance: 20€ per month
- Health Insurance: Coverage starts from day 1 with a monthly contribution, fully covered after 6 months of employment
