Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers through phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and efficient solutions.
- Address questions about products, technical issues, and order-related concerns.
- Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when needed.
- Deliver a positive and personalized customer service experience.
- Record and maintain detailed customer interaction logs in our CRM system.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (C2 level) and strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- No prior experience required – ideal for entry-level candidates!
- Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (rotational shifts).
- Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (rotational shifts).
- Days Off: 2 rotational days off per week.
