Key Responsibilities

  • ๐Ÿงญ Provide outstanding customer care via phone, chat, and email in French and English

  • โœˆ๏ธ Assist with account creation and resolve any related issues

  • ๐Ÿ’ฌ Facilitate effective communication between hosts and guests

  • ๐Ÿ›  Troubleshoot and resolve general support queries in a timely and efficient manner

  • ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ Handle and de-escalate complaints while ensuring customer satisfaction

  • ๐Ÿงพ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal procedures

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

  • Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and holidays
