Junior Lease Consultant

Position: Lease Consultant

Location: Düsseldorf, Germany & Dublin, Ireland

Work Model: Hybrid after 6 months, details to be discussed

Employment Type: Full-time

Remuneration: €35K EUR Gross/year (negotiable up to €50K + uncapped commissions)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve sales targets and enjoy uncapped commissions.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate contract terms with property owners regarding telecom antenna setups.
• Follow up with property owners to secure commitments.
• Stay organized and maintain updates in the internal database.
• Thrive in an international environment alongside talented and innovative professionals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in German (C1 level), with strong written and spoken communication skills. Fluency in English is also required.
• Enthusiastic with a desire to learn and grow.
• Proven experience in sales and negotiations.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
