About the job German Sales & Marketing Consultant (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of clients in the German market.
- Identify client needs and provide strategic marketing solutions to meet business objectives.
- Advise on marketing strategies, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and online performance optimization.
- Upsell and cross-sell marketing and advertising solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities in the German market.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by offering consultative support and maintaining high levels of service.
Requirements:
- Language: Native or fluent German (C2 level) and fluent English (C1 level).
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or consulting roles.
- Background in B2B environments is a strong advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools is preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
