About the job German Sales & Marketing Consultant (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of clients in the German market.
  • Identify client needs and provide strategic marketing solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Advise on marketing strategies, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and online performance optimization.
  • Upsell and cross-sell marketing and advertising solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities in the German market.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients by offering consultative support and maintaining high levels of service.

Requirements:

  • Language: Native or fluent German (C2 level) and fluent English (C1 level).
  • Experience:
    • At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or consulting roles.
    • Background in B2B environments is a strong advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools is preferred.
    • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
