Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries in German and English via phone, chat, and email

Support users with booking, payment, cancellation, and platform navigation issues

Offer personalized and proactive solutions to meet customer needs

Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex cases

Stay updated on company policies, platform guidelines, and product changes

Represent the brand with professionalism and empathy at all times
Your Profile:

Native or fluent German speaker (C1 level)

Proficient in English (B2 or higher)

Previous experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality is a plus
