Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (German Native, Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow established protocols for handling various customer scenarios, escalating complex issues to higher support levels when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Native German speaker with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Fluent in English for internal communication.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts, Monday to Friday, including bank holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection.
