Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support in Norwegian via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, account issues, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally with a customer-first attitude.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer issues are addressed effectively.
- Follow up to guarantee a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Native fluency in Norwegian.
- Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and late hours.
- Ability to work from home for weekend or late shifts.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Rotating shifts: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week).
- On-site training provided.
- Work-from-home option for weekend and late shifts.
