About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Dublin. In this role, you will play a key part in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and connecting potential clients with our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales-qualified opportunities by demonstrating how our product can transform clients' businesses.
  • Proactively source new prospects using advanced tools and strategic outreach.
  • Qualify leads and collaborate with Account Executives to close deals.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
  • Engage potential clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on company offerings and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong passion for sales and business development.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a B2B/BDR (SaaS) environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required.
  • A growth mindset, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
