About the Role

We are seeking a Czech-speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating digital content and advertisements to ensure they adhere to platform policies. This position involves handling sensitive and potentially explicit content, including material that may contain violence.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and moderate user-generated content and advertisements based on platform guidelines.
• Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating material in a timely and accurate manner.
• Analyze content trends and provide feedback to enhance trust and safety policies.
• Work in rotational shifts (including nights and weekends) to ensure round-the-clock content monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation strategies and maintain a safe online space.

Requirements

• Fluent in Czech (C2) and proficient in English (B2+).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content with professionalism and resilience.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including overnight and weekends.
• Prior experience in content moderation or trust & safety roles is a plus but not required.
