Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to products and services in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update our database accordingly.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements:

  • Native proficiency in German.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with customer management software and digital communication tools.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Rotational shifts of 8 hours per day)
  • Days Off: Fixed Sunday + 1 rotational day off during the week.
