Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide assistance, troubleshooting, and solutions for customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality support.
- Follow company guidelines and policies to maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent Czech (written and spoken) & good English communication skills.
- EU citizenship OR valid work permit (full-purpose, specific-purpose, or refugee protection certificate).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- No previous experience needed – entry-level candidates are welcome!
