Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat to German-speaking customers.
- Assist with flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and other airline-related inquiries.
- Address customer concerns in a professional and timely manner, providing effective solutions.
- Ensure accurate entry and management of customer data.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve more complex issues.
- Stay informed about airline policies, procedures, and current promotions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, writing, and listening skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and show initiative.
- Strong computer skills, with an ECDL certificate preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or travel industry.
- Willingness to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends.
