  • Assist with flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and other airline-related inquiries.
  • Address customer concerns in a professional and timely manner, providing effective solutions.
  • Ensure accurate entry and management of customer data.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve more complex issues.
  • Stay informed about airline policies, procedures, and current promotions.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication, writing, and listening skills.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and show initiative.
  • Strong computer skills, with an ECDL certificate preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or travel industry.
  • Willingness to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends.
