Key Responsibilities:
- Assist buyers and sellers with navigating the platform, addressing transaction, listing, payment, and delivery issues.
- Review listings to ensure they comply with marketplace policies and guidelines.
- Provide multi-channel customer support via email, chat, and phone, delivering tailored solutions.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Stay informed about marketplace updates, features, and policy changes to ensure accurate assistance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
Qualifications:
- Native in Italian – both written and spoken.
- Proficient in English (training will be conducted in English).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce, or similar roles is a plus.
- Ability to manage a range of customer requests efficiently and professionally.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
Training:
- Duration: 10 working days, 8 hours per day.
- Conducted in English.
- Training start times will vary between 08:30h and 09:30h, depending on your group.
