Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist buyers and sellers with navigating the platform, addressing transaction, listing, payment, and delivery issues.
  • Review listings to ensure they comply with marketplace policies and guidelines.
  • Provide multi-channel customer support via email, chat, and phone, delivering tailored solutions.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Stay informed about marketplace updates, features, and policy changes to ensure accurate assistance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.

Qualifications:

  • Native in Italian  – both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in English (training will be conducted in English).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce, or similar roles is a plus.
  • Ability to manage a range of customer requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

Training:

  • Duration: 10 working days, 8 hours per day.
  • Conducted in English.
  • Training start times will vary between 08:30h and 09:30h, depending on your group.
