Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, providing quality service and timely resolution of issues.
  • Help customers with product-related questions, technical difficulties, and account management.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Be available for weekend or late shifts as needed.

Qualifications

  • Native or fluent Norwegian speaker with good communication skills.
  • Proficient in B2 English.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to help customers.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
  • Shifts: Either from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 3:30 PM to midnight, including weekend or late shifts.
