About the job Junior Customer Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, providing quality service and timely resolution of issues.
- Help customers with product-related questions, technical difficulties, and account management.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.
- Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Be available for weekend or late shifts as needed.
Qualifications
- Native or fluent Norwegian speaker with good communication skills.
- Proficient in B2 English.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to help customers.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Work Schedule
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
- Shifts: Either from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 3:30 PM to midnight, including weekend or late shifts.
