B2 level and above German speaking Customer Support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support in German through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account management.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Escalate more complex problems to internal teams when necessary and follow up with customers.
  • Accurately log all interactions and ensure that customer data is up to date.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, services, and company policies to offer accurate and informed solutions.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets, including customer satisfaction and response times.

Qualifications:

  • Native German speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English for internal communication and reporting.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
