Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with French-speaking clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, resolving any issues quickly and effectively.
- Understand clients' needs and provide customized solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
- Track client account performance and provide regular updates and insights.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, driving business growth.
- Prepare and present proposals, account reviews, and reports to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with both client and company goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic advice to clients.
Requirements:
- Native-level fluency in French (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in account management, sales, or client services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
