Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with French-speaking clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, resolving any issues quickly and effectively.
  • Understand clients' needs and provide customized solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Track client account performance and provide regular updates and insights.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, driving business growth.
  • Prepare and present proposals, account reviews, and reports to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with both client and company goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • Native-level fluency in French (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience in account management, sales, or client services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
