Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries from B2B clients.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize sales.
  • Conduct upselling and cross-selling activities to boost revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Use CRM tools to manage and document customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Native Spanish speaker.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, including cold calling and upselling.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work shifts from 5 PM to 2 AM.
