Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales inquiries from B2B clients.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize sales.
- Conduct upselling and cross-selling activities to boost revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Use CRM tools to manage and document customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Native Spanish speaker.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, including cold calling and upselling.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts from 5 PM to 2 AM.
