Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer support in German through email, phone, and live chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, and general issues.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate more complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Keep records of customer interactions and track issues, feedback, and inquiries.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications:
- Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level).
- Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required (full training will be provided).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software systems.
