Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize online advertising campaigns to achieve client objectives.
- Work closely with clients to gain insight into their business goals and create tailored solutions.
- Leverage analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and implement data-driven enhancements.
- Meet productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Deliver compelling pitches and proposals over the phone and through email.
- Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Native or C1-level Dutch with a B2-level proficiency in English.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to achieving business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A BA/BS degree (an MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
- Strong analytical capabilities and strategic thinking.
