Junior Remote Customer Service Representative (German Speaker)

Location: Remote (Based in Braga, Portugal)

Schedule: Monday to Sunday - 24/7 (Rotating Shifts)

• Days Off: 2 rotating days per week

About the Role:

• Help customers by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German.

• Solve customer problems or pass them to the right team when needed.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions.
• Work with your team to improve the customer experience.
