Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Slovenian.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account-related questions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines while delivering excellent service.
Requirements:
✅ Native or fluent Slovenian speaker (written and spoken).
✅ Good English proficiency for internal communication.
✅ Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
✅ Comfortable working rotational shifts, including weekends.
✅ EU citizenship or valid work permit for Bulgaria.
