Responsibilities:
- Consulting, planning, implementation, and development of IT infrastructure projects.
- Administering Microsoft or Linux environments.
- Installing, developing, and supporting customer environments.
- Providing remote and on-site support to customers.
- Supporting the sales team in the pre-sales phase.
- Conceptualizing and setting up cloud projects.
- Configuring hardware and software systems.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT administration/infrastructure.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IT administration and infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Exchange SQL, Microsoft Azure/365.
- Server administration experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Languages:
- German: Minimum B2 level.
- English: Minimum C1 level.
- Education:
- IT-related degree or equivalent qualification preferred, but not mandatory.
- "Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration" apprenticeship is a plus.

Role Specifics:
- Contract Type: Open-ended.
- Vacation Days: 28 days per year.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week (option for 32 hours per week with proportional salary adjustment).
- Probation Period: 6 months
