Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with product features, order issues, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent in Italian (C2 level).
  • Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
  • No prior experience required – entry-level candidates are welcome!
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lisbon.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday: 07:00 to 19:00 (Rotational shifts).
  • Days Off: Sunday and 1 rotational day off during the week.
