About the job German Sales Representative -Customer Success Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with B2B clients.
- Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Native German speaker with good English skills (B2 level or higher).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, including cold calling and upselling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-driven mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts within standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 7 PM (rotating shifts: 9–17, 10–18, 11–19).

Relocation Support (for candidates relocating to Greece):

Please Note:
- Candidates relocating from abroad must be in Athens 7 days before the start date to complete onboarding.
- Relocated employees are required to work onsite for at least 3 months, unless they already have housing and a confirmed internet connection in Greece.
- Flight tickets are not covered, but up to €300 may be reimbursed.
- After the initial 3 weeks of accommodation, no assistance with long-term housing will be provided.
Contract Details:
- Permanent contract.
- 40-hour workweek (8 hours/day, 5 days/week).
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM (rotational shifts).
