Role Overview:
As a Senior Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing financial performance metrics, conducting cost analysis, and providing critical financial data to support decision-making. You will utilize your SAP expertise to manage financial data efficiently and work closely with a team of controllers to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Controlling: Oversee financial performance and conduct cost analysis to support business decisions.
  • SAP Expertise: Manage and utilize SAP R3 systems for financial data handling and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with two other controllers and the Head of Controlling to ensure financial transparency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to enhance financial reporting.

Key Requirements:

  • Must-Have:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in financial controlling.
    • Strong proficiency in SAP systems (SAP R3).
    • Team player with strong attention to detail and reliability.
  • Nice-to-Have:
    • Familiarity with the automotive or aviation industries.
    • Experience working in medium-sized businesses.

Contract Specifics:

  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week
