Role Overview:
As a Senior Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing financial performance metrics, conducting cost analysis, and providing critical financial data to support decision-making. You will utilize your SAP expertise to manage financial data efficiently and work closely with a team of controllers to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Controlling: Oversee financial performance and conduct cost analysis to support business decisions.
- SAP Expertise: Manage and utilize SAP R3 systems for financial data handling and reporting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with two other controllers and the Head of Controlling to ensure financial transparency.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to enhance financial reporting.
Key Requirements:
- Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial controlling.
- Strong proficiency in SAP systems (SAP R3).
- Team player with strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with the automotive or aviation industries.
- Experience working in medium-sized businesses.

Contract Specifics:
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week
- Vacation: 30 days of vacation + 2 additional days (Christmas Eve & New Year's Eve)
