Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' issues.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by following up on requests.
- Work closely with the team to ensure high-quality support.
- Manage customer data and records in the system.
Requirements:
- Fluent Danish (written and spoken) & good English communication skills.
- EU citizenship OR valid work permit (full-purpose, specific-purpose, or refugee protection certificate).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- No previous experience needed – entry-level role.
