Hybrid Junior Account Manager (Italian Speaking)

Job Title: Account Manager (Native Italian Speaker)
Location: Bucharest (Hybrid)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Main Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Italian-speaking clients.
• Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, resolving any issues quickly and effectively.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service and product delivery.
• Monitor client account performance and provide regular updates and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to grow client accounts.
• Prepare and present account reviews, proposals, and reports to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with both client and company goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide clients with valuable insights.

Requirements:

• Native-level fluency in Italian (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in account management, sales, or client service roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• A proactive attitude with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
