Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with product-related questions, technical issues, and order concerns.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in German (C2 level) with a good command of English (minimum B2 level).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
  • No prior experience required – open to entry-level candidates.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lisbon.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Sunday: 24/7 (rotational shifts, including night shifts).
  • Days Off: 2 rotational days off per week.
