About the job German Customer Support
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with product-related questions, technical issues, and order concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Provide clear, accurate, and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German (C2 level) with a good command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
- No prior experience required – open to entry-level candidates.
- Ability to work on-site in Lisbon.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Sunday: 24/7 (rotational shifts, including night shifts).
- Days Off: 2 rotational days off per week.
