Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content (posts, images, videos) in accordance with platform guidelines.
- Detect and flag inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content such as hate speech, violence, and adult content.
- Identify trends in online behavior and contribute to improving moderation processes.
- Communicate with the team to address and resolve content-related issues.
- Collaborate with the legal and compliance team when necessary for content escalation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform policies, community guidelines, and regulations.
- Provide feedback to improve tools and processes for content moderation.
Requirements:
- Native Danish speaker with excellent written and spoken language skills.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level) to communicate with the international team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify nuanced content issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of content.
- Good communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Experience in content moderation, customer support, or a related field is a plus.
