Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify trends in online behavior and contribute to improving moderation processes.
  • Communicate with the team to address and resolve content-related issues.
  • Collaborate with the legal and compliance team when necessary for content escalation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform policies, community guidelines, and regulations.
  • Provide feedback to improve tools and processes for content moderation.

Requirements:

  • Native Danish speaker with excellent written and spoken language skills.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level) to communicate with the international team.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify nuanced content issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of content.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Experience in content moderation, customer support, or a related field is a plus.
