Job Opportunity: Croatian-Speaking Customer Support Representative | Remote in Greece 🌟

📍 Location: Greece (100% Remote)
🗣️ Language Requirement: Fluent in Croatian and proficient in English
🕒 Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

  • Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
    (Rotational shifts, full-time position)

🧩 About the Role

Are you a fluent Croatian speaker with a passion for helping others? We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join a growing team, working remotely from anywhere in Greece. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and solutions to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Croatian

  • Resolve issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Provide information about products, services, and order status

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and quality service

Requirements

  • Fluent in Croatian (C1 or above)

  • Good level of English (for internal communication)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment

  • Comfortable using computers and basic software tools

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Greece and reside there
